Chris Douglas

Chris is the founder of Big Red Dog Marketing with degrees in Applied Psychology from UNC-Charlotte and an MBA from East Carolina University. With over 15 years of experience in Marketing Technology, Local SEO, and Email Marketing, he’s passionate about helping startups and small businesses scale and reach their potential.

A Raleigh native, Chris has helped local businesses thrive as the city grows into a business hub. He founded and runs the Triangle Marketing Club, a non-profit networking group for local marketers. In his spare time, he’s an avid pilot with Single and Multi-Engine Licenses and Instrument Rating, holds a blackbelt in Aikido from Innovative Martial Arts Academy, and enjoys time with his Red Golden Retriever, three daughters, and wife.

Jessie Lindsey

Jessie Lindsey is our project manager at Big Red Dog Marketing. She is the extremely organized and detailed person that keeps the train on the tracks and everything organized. In her free time, she ferries her kids to baseball and dance events.

Over 12 years of digital marketing experience across verticals including Quick Service Restaurants, & Automotive, as well as National and international expertise in SEO with strengths in on-page, off-page, technical, and data analysis. Focusing on white hat growth strategy that impacts business bottom lines. In his free time, he works on various musical projects, plays soccer, and enjoys carpentry.

Amanda Williams

Amanda is a UI/UX and Marketing Designer at Big Red Dog Marketing with a Master’s in Graphic and Experience Design from NC State. She has designed for organizations including Red Hat, the Laboratory of Analytic Sciences, and Design Element.

A detail-oriented designer, Amanda is passionate about creating accessible, user-centered experiences that blend creativity and functionality. Outside work, she enjoys costume and prop creation and running.

Chris earned his MBA in marketing from N.C State University. A strategic e-commerce marketing professional, Chris has been developing integrated data-driven marketing campaigns, designed to drive and boost revenue through the utilization of channels such as email, social media, and mail, for over 11 years. In addition to integrated campaigns, he specializes in automated marketing, analytics, and custom WordPress development.

Marguerite Courtemanche

Marguerite recently started as a Senior Designer at Big Red Dog Marketing. She graduated from New York University in 2020, majoring in media, communications, and business. She has several years of design experience working for companies such as VMLY&R, NBC Universal, Deloitte, and most recently, JPMorgan Chase. Marguerite loves solving all types of design problems and coming up with creative solutions – from art direction for ad campaigns to UX and UI for websites and applications.

Larry Gordon brings over 8 years of web development and design expertise, managing complete website lifecycles from requirements to implementation. He excels at identifying client needs and delivering innovative solutions across diverse internet applications.

His technical skills span Shopify, WordPress, MySQL, SQL, HTML/XHTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Ajax, and jQuery. Larry’s passion and proven abilities make him an invaluable asset for achieving outstanding project results.

Now furthering her education at Meredith College, she’s majoring in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Communications. She’s deeply committed to understanding our clients’ missions, producing content that resonates with their audience. Her fervor for education uniquely positions her to adapt and cater to the diverse goals of new clients.

Fiona recently joined Big Red Dog as a Graphic Designer and Account Manager. She graduated in 2024 from East Carolina University with a degree in Business Management.

With a background in Alcohol Sales and Marketing, Fiona has hands-on experience in both B2B distribution and B2C sales, where she developed a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building. Her previous role in YouTube production allowed her to master the art of multi-tasking, ensuring seamless contestant care while managing creative processes.
