While our website is a great place to get to know us, sometimes there are more questions that need to be answered. To help, here is a list of our most frequently asked questions so you can better understand our services and how we can help get results for your business.
What are your hours of operation?
We typically work Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Time but are willing to meet when it is convenient for your business.
What kind of marketing efforts do you specialize in?
We specialize in Lead Generation and brand awareness. Specifically, Local SEO or SEO, Paid Search, eMail marketing, Website Design Development, conversion optimization and video content generation.
What is the difference between Local SEO and general SEO?
SEO as a broader practice focuses on optimizing your content (your blog and your website content) to ensure it’s fresh, accurate and interesting for search engines. Keep in mind that
- search engines treat searches as statements of intent, so “widget maker” will be much different than “widget maker near me”
- search engines are country specific (ie google.com is for the entire US).
Local SEO focuses on ensuring that your company’s NAP (Name, Address, and Phone Number) are correctly listed in online directories so Google & Bing index your business information and website appropriately. Local SEO is a hyper-specific tactic (usually a 25-mile radius on your business) that focuses on optimizing your website to achieve local search rankings, which ensures that your business is properly represented on review sites.
What paid advertising and retargeting services do you offer?
We manage paid advertising campaigns across the following social media and search engine platforms including:
What is your pricing model or how do you charge for services?
We do custom proposals for our work and do not do cookie-cutter approaches because no two companies operate the same. With that in mind, we give an initial consultation to learn about your company, ask questions about your business goals and needs and then follow up with a proposal soon after.
How much involvement is required from my business?
This depends on the type of business you run. We are well versed in creating unique content and marketing campaigns for your business. However, if your business is a highly technical field like engineering, architecture, law, or accounting – then we would rely on your subject matter expertise to help us craft content. Beyond leveraging your expertise, we try to minimize any other work by your staff.
Do you offer ongoing marketing contracts or relationships?
YES! We offer a retainer agreement for our clients as it allows us to better assist them over the long run (i.e SEO and paid search).
What types of clients do you work with?
We work primarily with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), with anywhere from 2 to 100+ employees, producing 2M-50M+ in annual revenue. Our current client base consists of industries such as: manufacturing, finance, medical products, training and learning development, professional services, software, tech, and even other marketing agencies.
Do you work with clients who are out of state or in another country?
We work with clients across the country, but focus our efforts in the SouthEast United States. At this time we don’t work with clients outside of the US, but will help a US division of a Multinational Corporation.
Will you recommend another digital marketing agencies if we’re not a good match?
